Sneakerpower .Com has direct dealership with most of the brands carried on the site. Other merchandises are purchased through authorized dealers. Every product is guaranteed authentic.

1, What is the status of my order?
Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

2, How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 days for delivery via Express Mail, but sorry we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

3, How much shipping fee will be charged for each order?
We offer free shipping for all the orders. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

4, What should I do if I never received the shipping?
After we provnameed the Tracking Number and the links, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoname the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have furnished incorrect information in the order form.

We are currently only an online store. But we are sure that it will be cheaper if you are a package shopping or buy a lot of sneakers.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product within 15 days of receipt you can send it back to us for full refund (less shipping fees)

All returns and exchanges must be in original new condition with all accessories in new condition. We cannot take back any broken or used products.
Additional shipping fee will be requested for exchange.
